Wyandotte Nation Police Department’s “D.A.R.E.” car took home the first place trophy at the Oklahoma D.A.R.E. Officers’ Association car show.

The department purchased the car last June.

They use the car to raise awareness of the dangers of drug use.

The department says there is a message behind the design.
“There’s a badge on the front it’s in blue that’s in the ice, that’s the law enforcement side,” says Officer Ken Brodrick, “It’s all combined melting, putting out the fire of bullying, drugs, making bad decisions.”

The department hopes the design will help attract interest from children.
