Winter storm clings to Mid-Atlantic

The winter storm that skirted the Four States hasn’t stopped yet as it continues to batter North Carolina. 20 inches of snow measured in the Tar Heel state since it started falling Saturday. It is starting to lessen as it moves into the Atlantic.

Still, there are more than 250,000 customers without power on Monday and almost 600 flights canceled.
