* TIMING…Winds will begin to increase during the morning hours
and will persist through late this evening.
* WINDS…Northwest winds will increase to 20 to 30 mph with
wind gusts approaching 40 mph at times.
* IMPACTS…Loose outdoor items will be vulnerable to the strong
winds. Travel may become difficult and hazardous on area
