KOAM’S Tawnya Bach sits down with the Wildcat District’s newest Crop Production Agent, James Coover. They discuss the current soybean climate and why prices have been dropping in recent months.

12/13/18 Update: Overnight China made its first major purchase of U.S. soybeans since china and the United States struck a 90-day trade war truce. The Chinese bought more than 1.5 Million tons of soybeans valued at more than $500-Million dollars. Soybeans are this country’s single most valuable agricultural export. Last year china bought 60 percent of U.S. soybeans sold overseas.
