Friday AM Blog: More showers and great temperatures

More showers and great temperatures

Well we made it through another work week, well almost.  I hope you have had a great week.  Mine has been pretty good.  I love the cooler temperatures that are here.  Finally, it feels like fall.  In general these are going to stick around.  Remember, we are in the new HP (Heady Pattern) now for the next 12 months.  The cycle length I have pretty much pegged down, but still want to watch it for a couple of weeks and then I will let you know what I am looking at.  But, I am excited for a new pattern.  Still looks active, but not near as wet as the last year has been.  So lets look at what is working in.

Take a look at the radar below.

We will have a few showers, mainly north of I-44 for us today.  Here is a look at this morning.

So, a lot of clouds again and highs pressing 70.  I do think any showers should be out of here by Friday night football.  It will be chilly in the lower 60s.

Our next wave is Saturday.  Scattered showers and thunderstorms with highs in the upper 70s to near 80s.  Some of these could be strong but not looking at severe right now.
