Watered Gardens raises money for Forge Program through firework fundraiser
JOPLIN, Mo. — The 4th of July is all about celebrating independence, so Watered Gardens in Joplin is raising money to help the independence of men.
They’re selling fireworks to raise money for the Forge Program.
Forge is a 16-18-month work readiness program for men who are cycling in and out of incarceration, rehab, homelessness, or a combination of all.
All funds being raised will be put back into the campus to help sponsor a student.
