Keri Worthen is a native of Florida. She moved to Oklahoma in 1999 with her family, where she graduated high school in South Coffeyville. After that, she attended Coffeyville Community College and graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Communication. She anchored for the College’s news station and won 1st place in a Skills USA competition. “Since I was a young girl, I always wanted to work at a tv station. I was the young girl who always watched the news and the weather and I never missed it.” Keri moved to Pittsburg with her three children. She started at KOAM in September of 2021 as a News Assistant and worked her way up. “Words can’t express how happy it makes me working my dream job after so many years.”
