Two men arrested after bomb threat at Woodson County courthouse
YATES CENTER, Kan. — Two people are arrested for allegedly making bomb threats to an area courthouse.
The Woodson County Sheriff’s Office says it received a call a little after 1 pm Thursday, June 30, about a bomb threat at the county courthouse.
The sheriff’s office evacuated the courthouse and the surrounding businesses until bomb-sniffing dogs could clear the area.
Nothing was found.
Friday, July 1, two men were arrested and are awaiting potential charges of making a terrorist threat and criminal threat.
