Few areas in the Atlantic we're still watching
Tropical

Our latest look at the Tropics continues to show no active depression or storms while we still keep an eye on a few waves in the Atlantic Basin. The main area of interest continues to be a non-tropical low with showers and t-storms located 500 miles east-southeast of the island of Bermuda. With gradual development still expected, we’re expecting this to turn into a subtropical depression or storm within the next 2 to 5 days. We have this wave at a 90% chance of turning into a depression or storm within the next 5 days. Elsewhere, a broad low pressure is still set to form within a few days in the southwestern Caribbean Sea. With some gradual development still expected after it forms, we’re giving this future wave a 30% chance within the next 5 days to become a tropical depression or tropical storm.
