First reports from tipsters tell us the road on Baseline Blvd near CR90 is completely blocked in northeast Jasper County.

Trooper Joe Drum of the Missouri State Highway Patrol tell us the female driver suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a Joplin hospital.  She had a dog with her that was not injured.

“Please avoid Baseline Boulevard and CR 90. There is a Tractor trailer on its side blocking the road. It will take several hours for the road to be cleared.” – Jasper Fire and Rescue

He also tells us the cargo was 44,000 pounds of hard seltzer, “Vizzy” alcoholic drink.  As the tractor and trailer overturned the top of the trailer peeled off spilling all of the contents onto the roadway, completely blocking the road for nearly five hours.
