WASHINGTON COUNTY, Ark. — Monday just before 7:30 a.m. ARDOT reports on I-49 a tractor trailer overturned blocking southbound I-49 at the Bobby Hopper Tunnel.
This is south of Fayetteville, Ark. on the way to Fort Smith, Ark. area.
