Thursday Evening Blog: Another super cold night! Improvements rolling in.

Another super cold night! Improvements rolling in.

Good Thursday evening!  I hope you have had a great week so far.  Mine has been pretty good and of course tomorrow is Friday and Valentine’s Day.  It is super cold out there but we do have a warming trend into the weekend.  Take a look at the arctic air.

This is the coldest air we have seen since the last time this storm system rolled through in the Heady Pattern back in December.  Thankfully it won’t last to long.  However, it will be a cold night tonight.

Look at the turn around for us Friday.

50s roll in for the weekend.  We do have a weak wave rolling north of us on Saturday and Sunday.  This will give us some clouds and a very slight chance for a showers.  However, most of us will stay dry.  Showers will increase by Monday and into Tuesday morning.

Next week is a part of the pattern which is really a disorganized mess.  As we work into next weekend and early the following week, that is when the pattern organizes again with a stronger organized system.  Check out the long range forecast below.
