T-storm chances stay south Thursday
While we continue with rain chances here
Our upper level disturbance will continue to work into the area as we roll through our Thursday. With our setup, we’ll have temperatures warm enough for periods of rain during the day. By Thursday night and Friday morning, we’ll have temperatures turn colder and switch things back to a rain/snow mix.
To our south, the upper level wave will work with a passing frontal system working over the Deep South. The combination of these systems won’t have much in the way of instability to work with during the day and evening. Therefore, a general area of t-storms will be possible for parts of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida. No severe weather is expected.
