Swap meet fun
JOPLIN, Mo. – Through the Looking Glass Joplin held their first ever swap meet on Sunday as well as a silent auction and a raffle.
The event allowed people to fill the trunks of their cars and truck beds with cool swag, or set up tents to sell vintage and retro goods.
Several vendors, freelance traders, and area collectors were in attendance to find some unique items. Toys, games, trinkets, and other fun items were on sale
The organizers are hoping to hold more swap meets in the future to make up for toy shows that have been cancelled due to COVID-19.
The event was also a way to celebrate two years of Through the Looking Glass Joplin being in business.
