SUV overturns in t-bone crash on Joplin’s Rangeline Road
Joplin Police tell us one person was transported to an area hospital.
JOPLIN, Mo. — Just after 9:30 a.m. Friday morning at 20th and Rangeline reports of a two vehicle crash, with rollover alerted Joplin E-911.
Joplin Fire Dept Ladder 5, Rescue 1, Joplin Police, METS1 and METS32 ambulance responded. Duquesne Police Dept and MoDOT Emergency Response responded to assist.
On the scene Joplin Police tell us two vehicles were involved. A white passenger car traveling north on Rangeline t-boned an SUV westbound on 20th.
Officers said one vehicle did not stop at the intersection. They were not specific in which vehicle as the investigation was ongoing.
The SUV overturned and came to rest slightly under the trailer of a semi. The semi was not damaged and was driven from the scene.

The only injury was the driver of the SUV, adult male, suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to an area hospital. The male was not wearing his seat belt.
The intersection was cleared by Rosenberg Towing and another unknown tow company.
