Study shows Kansans have a lead foot during the pandemic
A recent study shows Kansas drivers rank as the sixth speediest in the nation.
Since the beginning of the year when states first called for stay-at-home orders, the U.S. saw a 50% decrease in auto claims due to less people driving.
However, those open roads saw an increase in speeding, and according to the website quotewizard.com, many Kansans have a lead foot.
The report also found Maine, California, and South Carolina to have the most accident prone drivers in the country.
