Staying dry for Thursday
Before t-storms sneak back in early Friday AM
If you aren’t familiar with how convective outlooks from the Storm Prediction Center work, each day in the outlook goes from 7 AM to 7 AM the next day. That goes into why we have a marginal risk for a few low-grade severe t-storms outlined for us for the time period. For the day on Thursday, we’ll be dry, partly sunny and warm with highs pushing around 80 degrees.
As we go into early Friday morning, that’s when our next storm system will start to roll in with showers and t-storms. We aren’t worried about any t-storm chances for Thursday and Thursday evening. That being said, have the rain gear handy again as we’ll see showers and t-storms that’ll return for early Friday morning and take us into the start of the weekend. We’re not really worried about any widespread severe weather for Friday morning, but we’ll keep an eye on our next storm system on the way.
