Soy Lady: Soy Butter Snack Balls

Looking for a sweet treat with just the right amount of healthy? Charlene Patton from the Kansas Soybean Commission shows KOAM’s Tawnya Bach how to make Soy Butter Snack Balls… an easy holiday dessert that doesn’t require any oven space.



1¼ cups quick cooking oats
1 cup soynut butter
1/3 cup honey
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup flaxseed
½ teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon cinnamon


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; stir until evenly mixed.
Chill mixture about 30 minutes then form into balls.
Refrigerate until serving. Makes 2 dozen.
