Soy Lady: Chocolate Edamame Delights
KOAM’s Tawnya Bach prepares a holiday treat, Chocolate Edamame Delights, with the help of Charlene Patton from the Kansas Soybean Commission.
Chocolate Edamame Delights
1 cup melting chocolate or 4 squares candy coating
1 cup dry roasted edamame with salt
1 teaspoon sea salt
Melt chocolate in saucepan on low eat or as directed on package.
When melted and smooth stir in the edamame and mix to thoroughly cover the edamame.
Drop by tablespoon onto parchment paper.
Sprinkle sea salt on top of each delight.
Let set until firm. Makes 12 delights.
