Soy Lady: Applesauce Raisin Bread

Applesauce Raisin Bread
1 cup applesauce
½ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup margarine, melted
2 cup soy flour blend
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup raisins
Combine in large mixing bowl applesauce, granulated sugar, brown sugar, margarine and egg until well mixes.
Add soy flour blend, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon; mix until blended.
Stir in raisins.
Pour batter into well-greased 9×5-inch greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Let cool in pan 10 minutes then remove and place on cooling rack.
Makes one loaf.
