The Southeast Kansas Art Fest makes an art reveal at the Pittsburg Farmers Market. There were 30 different concrete animals presented today including 10 cows, 10 pigs, and 10 ponies. Each of the animals were painted by artists throughout the Pittsburg area. These animals have been painted by different artists throughout Southeast Kansas in honor of this year being the 100 year anniversary of the Crawford County Fair. These animals will be on display throughout the town until the fair where they will be auctioned off to the highest bidder. The money received from the auction will help raise money for future art projects in the southeast area
