Ronnie William Lincoln, age 77, of Mt. Vernon Missouri, made his heavenly journey on March 8, 2020, while staying at the Lawrence County Manor in Mt. Vernon. Ronnie was born October 11, 1942, in Ellsworth, Kansas, the son of Harvey and Elise (Coe) Lincoln.

Ronnie was united in marriage to the love of his life Andrea Kay (McCune) Lincoln on July 14, 1961, in Stockton, California, she survives. To this union three children were born, Donovan Lincoln and his wife, Leta, of Washburn, Missouri, Darren Lincoln and his wife, Teressa, of Aurora, Missouri and Wendy (Lincoln) Dryer and her husband, Mike, of Pleasant Hill, Missouri; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Ronnie graduated from Franklin High School in Stockton, California in 1960. He served his country and joined the U.S. Navy in 1960, where he served as a scrub nurse during the Battle of Pigs. Upon completing his service, he began his trade as a union sheet metal worker until his retirement in 1994. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

He was a fisherman and hunter. He loved to Elk hunt in Colorado with his brothers and spend time with his father-in-law fishing. His favorite pastime was spending time with his beautiful wife, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harvey and Elsie, brother, Mike Lincoln, and mother and father-in-law, Brent and Kathleen McCune.

A visitation under the direction of the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home will be held from 1:00-3:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2020, at the Summit Baptist Church, with a funeral service to follow at 3:00 p.m. Burial will follow at the Summit Cemetery.
