While we had a stray shower or t-storm try to materialize today, most of the area managed to stay dry and quiet for Monday. We’ll continue to keep things quiet here for the rest of the night and into Tuesday morning. Any severe weather risks outlined will stay away from the area. We do have a marginal risk for severe weather for the rest of the evening and into Tuesday morning from Nebraska and South Dakota stretching into central Wisconsin. The strongest of those t-storms will be capable of some high wind gusts and some occasionally large hail stones. Elsewhere, general t-storms are expected from the Gulf coast up into New England with the remnants of Florence running out of steam and getting ready to move back into the Atlantic.
