PSU hold ribbon cutting for new solar panel canopy
PITTSBURG, Kan. — Pittsburg State students will now be able to learn in a quieter environment.
The university held a ribbon-cutting for a new solar panel canopy.
The panels will be used to power hand tools used by outdoor classes at the College of Technology.
Officials say those tools were powered by a noisy generator, which made it hard for students to hear the teacher.
Now that won’t be an issue.
