Possible medical emergency leads to crash on I-44 east of Joplin

JASPER COUNTY, Mo. – A Fayetteville, Ark. man has died after a single-vehicle crash.

It happened on Jan. 14, around 10:25 a.m. on I-44, about two miles east of Joplin.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a semi traveling east went off and back on the road and overturned. The crash report states there’s evidence indicating the driver may have suffered a medical emergency, resulting in the crash.

The driver, Morgan K. Rosinsky, 58, died at the scene.
