SARCOXIE, Mo. – Authorities identify the woman found dead in a Sarcoxie, Missouri home. The Jasper County Sheriff’s Office is investigating it as a homicide and are looking for a vehicle connected to the case.

Wednesday evening, Jan. 13, around 8:58 p.m., deputies responded to an unknown medical call at 2755 High St. in Sarcoxie. When they got there, they found Becci D. Sanders, 46, deceased inside the home.

An autopsy is scheduled for Jan. 15, 2021.

Police are searching for a gray-blue 2015 Subaru Legacy that was reported stolen from the home. The Missouri license plate number is VB1YOE.

The Jasper County Sheriff’s Office included a stock photo on social media of what the vehicle type is (not the color).

If you see the vehicle, police ask you contact law enforcement immediately.
