Zachary Ludden was sentenced this week for his conviction for aggravated battery. He was sentenced to thirty-two months but that was suspended due to time served. Ludden will be on probation for three years and must pay restitution.

He was charged after a shooting on West Forest St. in November of 2017. November 2017 shooting

He was accused of firing shots into his neighbors house. One person was struck in the hand. The shooting led to an evacuation of the neighborhood.
