Pittsburg man arrested for burglary at Horton’s Pizza Plus

PITTSBURG, Kan. – The Crawford County Prosecutor’s Office files charges against a Pittsburg man for allegedly burglarizing Horton’s Pizza Plus.

On Monday, Dec. 7, 2020, around 6:00 a.m., Pittsburg Police officers responded to Horton’s Pizza Plus (1601 E. 4th Street) for a reported burglary.

An employee got to work and found that a brick had been thrown through the front glass of the business. Police arrived and determined that entry was made through the front glass and that property had been stolen from inside the business.

Hours after the crime was discovered, authorities developed a lead that resulted in the arrest of 26-year-old Austin Wayne Fenimore. Police took him to the Crawford County Jail and booked him on a $5,000 bond.

The Prosecutor’s Office has charged him with burglary, criminal damage to property and theft of property.
