2020 REVIEW
Caney Valley got off to a hot start last season, winning their first four games. They lost three of their last five, including a first-round playoff loss to Prairie View, but still finished above .500 on the season with a 6-3 overall record. “Going 6-3 and only having four seniors on our team last year gives us something to look forward to this year,” coach Davis says, “The biggest challenges were COVID-19, and also playing in a tough district and knowing there wasn’t any room to not come out and play well every Friday night.”
