Tpr B. Walker of Troop D tells us on scene it was a single vehicle westbound crash. The lone occupant, Richard Wilson, 25, of Hartville, Mo., suffered moderate injuries and was transported in stable condition to Mercy Joplin.

Wilson was wearing a seat belt.

Tpr Walker tells us the pickup went into the median, then over corrected traveling to the right into the guardrail and overturning, coming to rest in the middle of the westbound lanes.

Traffic was held nearly one hour as the crash was removed. Reports were a 3 mile back up westbound.

M&M Wrecker responded to remove the crash and debris scattering the scene.
