Pet Spotlight: Buster, Izzy, and Jack (11-27)

Shamber Hubbard of the SEK Humane Society stops by with Buster for this Thanksgiving edition of Pet Spotlight.

First up is the aforementioned Buster. Bester is a 2-year-old Pug/Healer mix. He is energetic, great with other dogs, and treat motivated. Teaching him should be a breeze due to his love of treats and he’s great gor an active household.

1-year-old Izzy is also up for adoption. She is a German Shepard mix. She was surrendered with a litter of puppies. Fortunately, all her puppies have been adopted so now it’s her turn to find a home. She is very sweet and laid back. She loves toys and is perfect for any home.

Finally, 4-year-old Jack is a Lab mix. He was abandoned at a restroom at the Mined Wildlife area next to the SEK Humane Society. Jack was thin when they found him, but with countless hours of care and energy, Jack is looking and feeling better. They figured out he had a grain allergy and nursed him back to health. He is very energetic and playful. He will need to be fed grain free food and is looking for an active home.

For more info or if you’re interested in adopting, you can visit them at 485 E 560th Avenue in Pittsburg, Kansas, or call (620)232-1840.
