Pet Spotlight 9-18

Jasmine Kyle of the SEK Humane Society stops by to show off three dogs available for adoption.

Haku is a 3-and-a-half year old male husky mix. He’s had the longest tenure at the shelter and is looking for a home. A donor actually covered Haku’s adoption fee so he’s just waiting for someone to come and pick him up.

He was surrendered in 2017 when his owners couldn’t take care of him. He is great with other dogs.

Sugar Bear is a 4-and-a-half year old female terrier mix. She was found abandoned with a giant chain around her neck. She loves women but is slow to warm up to men. She does not like a leash or any collar around her neck. She is looking for a home with a fenced in yard and a household with no children.

Ike is a 2-year-old male blue heeler. Ike was dumped on the SEK Humane Society property. He gets along well with other dogs. He is incredibly energetic and loves to play, so he loves the outdoors and water. He is looking for an active home.
