Parsons, Frontenac represented on 3A All-State football team

Three local players earned 3A All-State football honors from the KFBCA on Tuesday.

On the offensive side, Parsons WR Patch Loadholtz was named to the All-State team. Loadholtz led class 3A in receiving with 778 yards, adding 9 touchdowns.

Parsons LB Joel Schibi earned All-State honors on the defensive side. He led class 3A in tackles, picking up 151 this season, including two sacks.

Frontenac DB Brendan Ishimura also earned All-State recognition. Ishimura finished the season with 19 solo tackles, including 1.5 tackles for loss. He also intercepted 5 passes and broke up two. Offensively Ishimura caught 21 passes for 349 yards and 4 touchdowns.
