Pacific Storms and Southeast Flooding

National Outlook for Tuesday

A pair of Pacific storms will keep the Northwest and California into the Inter-mountain West unsettled this week with rain and heavy mountain snow (extremely low snow levels in the Northwest). A stalled front will lead to heavy rain and flooding across the South and southern Appalachians through Wednesday. A streak of heavy snow is likely Wednesday/Thursday from the Upper Midwest to New England
