On December 4, 2020 God came and took one of the greatest men on this earth, Orville J. Alleman, Jr. at the age of 83. Orville was born February 10, 1937 in Cherokee, KS at home the 3rd son of 7 children to Orville J. and Audrey (Smith) Alleman, Sr. He graduated from Commerce High School Class of 1954. He worked for Miami Ready Mix as a Truck Driver.
Orville was preceded in death by 1 daughter Sherry Alleman Clarke, 1 grandson Christopher Brown, his parents and 1 brother Herschel Alleman.

Orville married the love of his life of 64 years Mable L. (Carder) Alleman, she survives of the home. Additional survivors include 2 daughters Cindy Alleman of Monkey Island, OK and Gail Brown and husband Rick of Commerce, OK, 2 brothers Ron Alleman and Don Alleman both of Kansas and 2 sisters Oma Cleveland and Jane Dillon both of Kansas, 1 grandson Joshua Brown and 8 great grandchildren.

O.J. loved to pick pecans and grow a large garden and he loved the Lord. We will miss him every day.

Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at Williams’ Timberhill Cemetery ewest of Miami with Rev. David McCord officiating.
