George H. Siedhoff II 93, of Baxter Springs, Kansas passed from this life on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at Legacy Living Center, Baxter Springs, KS.
George was born July 23, 1929 in Emporia, KS to the union of Elmer W. Siedhoff and Ruth C. (Ohmer) Siedhoff.
George was united in marriage to Shirley (Arnold) Siedhoff on September 13, 1950 in Steamboat Springs, CO. She preceded him in death in May 2019.Â
George worked for Harley Industry in Wichita, KS many years before retiring and moving to Mountain Home, AR and later moving to Baxter Springs, KS in 2016.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, wood working, and working on engines. George was a mason.
George is preceded in death by his parents; wife; daughter, Sharon Michelle Siedhoff; son, Stephen Michael Siedhoff; sister, Gloria Kramm and husband Morgan Sr; granddaughter, Karol Sullens.
George is survived by one daughter, Sandra Casada and husband Joe of Baxter Springs, KS; four nephews, Morgan Kramm Jr., Mike Kramm, Martin Kramm, and Marshal Kramm all of Albuquerque, New Mexico; son by heart, Bill Williamson and wife Vicky of Hockley, TX; four grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.Â
Memorial graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 28, 2023 at Maplewood Memorial Lawn Cemetery, Emporia, KS.
