Police say Pitt Realty fire was arson

Pitt Realty fire arson investigation

PITTSBURG, Kan. - Pittsburg Police ask for help in identifying a person of interest in an arson case.

On Friday, July 12th, 2019 around 4:45 am, Police and Fire crews were sent to Pitt Realty (1401 N. Broadway) for a structure fire.

Police say an investigation revealed evidence to support the fire was intentionally set. 

Investigators have reviewed surveillance footage from surrounding business owners. They are now seeking the public's help to identify a person of interest who was in the area at the time the fire was set.
