Joplin man charged with taking pictures of a 15-year-old in a dressing room

The Johnson County Prosecutor's Office has filed a Breach of Privacy charge against Anthony DeLapp, 34, of Joplin, Missouri.

DeLapp is accused of secretly snapping pictures of a 15-year-old trying on swimsuits in a Kansas store on May 31, 2019.

Court records state the teen confronted DeLapp when she noticed a phone being held over her changing room door at a Target store in Olathe, Kansas. Surveillance video showed him running out of the store.

DeLapp is currently on probation for photographing women in 2017 at a Forever 21 store dressing room in Oak Park Mall in Overland Park, Kansas. He was sentenced for the 2017 crime just one day before the current incident.

DeLapp has denied the latest allegations, according to the Associated Press.
