MIAMI, Okla. – An apparent burglary at a Miami, Oklahoma home ends with a man shot dead. Police received a called just after midnight Friday morning about a burglary in progress at the 900 Block of B street Northwest. The caller said he shot someone who broke into his house. EMS took the suspect to Integrus hospital where he was pronunced dead. Police are still investigating and have not yet released any names.

CARTHAGE, Mo. – A Carthage, Missouri man dies in a wreck Thursdyay evening. 78-year old James Robinson and 55-year old Terry Abernathy were heading East on County Road 80 when they struck a vehicle parked in the road way. Both were taken to the hospital, where Abernathy was pronounced dead. Robinson suffered serious injuries.

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. – The state of Oklahoma is moving further into phase two of its vaccination plan. Everyon in phase one is still able to get vaccinated. That includes frontline healthcare workers and nursing home residents and staff. This latest stage adds healthcare workers who work outside of hospital settings, first responders, adults 65 and older, and adults of any age with co-morbidities. The next stage of phase two will bring in teachers, and public health staff.
