New app to help Joplin residents report concerns
Feature adds to website option
JOPLIN, Mo. — Finally tonight, the city announced it’s rolling out a new app for residents to report issues.
Currently, you can report streetlight outages, potholes, and other concerns on the city’s website, but now, a new app, called “SeeClickFix” will allow residents to make those reports via their smart phones.
Lynn Onstott, Public Information Officer says “With over 35 plus square miles of city, you know, that’s a lot to cover, so we do appreciate our citizens letting us know if they see a pothole or a streetlight that’s out, they are our eyes and ears.”
