MSSU gets Technological

Students from all across Missouri convereged on MSSU’s campus for the TSA state conference. This is the first year hosting the event for MSSU.

In this case, TSA stands for the Technological Student Association. Students will spend the week competing in coding, digital video production, and even video game design.

One local student says that TSA has changed his future career path.

“Before I started TSA, I never really saw how important technology was going to be in my life, and now I see careers in my future that are so much more rich in technology than I ever thought i would be involved in,” said Payne Ridgeway, a Carl Junction high school senior.

The opening ceremony included an address by MSSU’s Dr. Elke Howe.
