Mr. Food: 2-Minute Slaw

What You’ll Need

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 cups shredded cabbage (about 1 small head)
  • 1 cup shredded carrots (about 2 large)

What to Do

  1. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add shredded cabbage and carrots; toss to coat well. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
