Movie theaters full a day after Thanksgiving

The leftovers are gone and many spent their Friday at local movie theaters.
“You can’t just go out and ride roller-coasters, or go do something active you have to sit and do nothing,” said one movie goer.
For some seeing a movie the Friday evening after Thanksgiving is a tradition, while others say it’s just something to do.
“Well you know no work or school today so it’s nice and everyone’s still in town so it’s something to do,” said Lori Dyer.
Ryan Williams says, “We ate plenty of leftovers today. There’s not a whole lot going on we didn’t do a lot of the Black Friday shopping and there’s a couple good movies out so we decided to go see Thor.”
The general manger of Pittsburg’s 8 Movie Theater says they expect big numbers the day after Thanksgiving, and will run shows until 10 P.M.
Anthony Kelly and his family saw the latest Hunger Games movie. Kelly says it’s another day to enjoy family.
“They grow up so fast that time is special, and you only have a short time to enjoy.”
Those leaving the theater say once they get home it will be time for another round of leftovers.
