Mobile home disabled turning a corner and blocking roadway; Movers decide to destroy mobile home to clear roadway

MOBILE HOME BEING DESTROYED

JASPER COUNTY, Mo. – Before dark Thursday evening individuals were attempting to move a mobile home from recently sold property.  The new property owners had given a deadline to have the mobile home removed, it was today.

As individuals were moving the mobile home it became disabled, at the intersection of CR270 and Kismet Lane.  The mobile home was completely blocking both roads.

As Jasper County Sheriff’s Deputies and Missouri State Highway Patrol arrived the mobile home was disabled and stuck.  The requirement was to clear the roadway.  So the individuals moving the mobile home took a skid steer and began destroying the mobile home to clear the road.
