Missouri woman convicted of 1992 murder settles McDonald County rape case
Sheena Eastburn says jailer raped her

MCDONALD COUNTY, Mo. — The McDonald County Missouri Sheriff’s Department has reached a settlement with a woman who claimed she was raped by a jailer when she was in county custody 25 years ago.
The lawsuit involved Sheena Eastburn who was convicted of participating in the 1992 murder of her ex-husband Tim Eastburn when Sheena was 17 years old.
Monday, Sheena Eastburn reached an undisclosed settlement in a civil case claiming she was raped by a McDonald County jailer back in late 1993 or early 1994.
Eastburn is currently a free woman. She was released from prison last year, after serving 25 years for the murder.
