Missouri Southern’s Martin named 1st team All-MIAA; Walker on All-Defensive team
Cam Martin leads the league in both scoring and rebounding.
JOPLIN, Mo. – Missouri Southern’s Cam Martin has been named a 1st team All-MIAA selection, per league announcement on Tuesday.
Martin leads the league in both scoring and rebounding, dropping 24.3 points per game, while also pulling down 9.1 rebounds per night. He is also 2nd in the league in field goal percentage, making 57% of his shots.
Martin is one of four from Missouri Southern earning All-MIAA recognition. Senior Braelon Walker was named to the league’s All-Defensive team. Kinzer Lambert has earned 2nd team All-MIAA honors, while Elyjah Clark is on the 3rd team All-MIAA list.
Pittsburg State’s AJ Walker was the lone Gorilla to earn All-Conference recognition Tuesday, being named Honorable Mention All-MIAA.
