Missouri National Guard brings drive through testing to Joplin

Drive Through Testing In Joplin

Drive through COVID-19 testing was taking place Sunday at Ozark Christian College in Joplin, courtesy of the Missouri National Guard and the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services.

Around 350 people registered to get tested for the Coronavirus, and the officer in charge estimates that just about all of them showed up.

They’ll also be testing Monday at the college, and there’s still time to reserve a spot.

“So we will have slots left for tomorrow, and people can just go to the DHSS website and get signed up for it there. You’ll just register, answer a few questions, give them your information, and then they should give you a confirmation number. And you bring that confirmation number here on sight, we’ll get you checked in, verify your information, and get you a test.,” said Captain Andrew Rodenberg.

Rodenberg says that if people show up at their designated time, they should get in and out in about 15 to 20 minutes.
