Men shoot each other in bulletproof vests, both arrested
Rogers, Ark. — Two Arkansas men are facing felony charges after a reported night of drinking and testing out bulletproof vests.
Benton County, Arkansas deputies say Charles Ferris and Christopher Hicks were sitting on the back porch of a home in Rogers, when they decided to shoot each other while wearing bulletproof vests. According to the deputies– the men were drinking at the time.
The affidavit states Hicks shot Ferris. Then Ferris became upset because it hurt. The court documents say he then shot Hicks several times in the back. The shots left bruises on hicks.
