Medical Loan Closet works to fill a need
JOPLIN, Mo. – A local church loans out medical equipment to people in need.
When someone gets hurt and needs equipment like crutches or a walking boot, they often have to buy it. Even if they only need it temporarily.
So, Nicole Watson started the Medical Loan Closet. She then teamed up with the Grace Baptist Church.
Now, someone in need of durable equipment can get it for free. All of the items in the Closet are donations, which the church cleans and repairs before loaning.
You can also help out by donating. You can learn more here.
