Lucas F Bremer

It is with profound sadness that the family of Lucas Fredric Bremer announce his peaceful passing on May 28, 2022, at the age of 38, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis with his family lovingly by his side.

Lucas is welcomed to his Heavenly home by his Maternal Grandmother Irene Bremer and his Mother, Patricia Kidd Bremer.

Left to cherish his memories are his loving Son, Hayden Lucas Bremer and former spouse and friend Ashley Bremer, His Brother Aaron and his wife Aniko Bremer and their two children Anna and Avrey, two Sisters Heather Edwards and her four children Ian and his wife Chelsea Vineyard and their two children Ella and Asher, Donte and Devyon Edwards and Jayla Johnson, Julie and her husband Michael Terry, and his Dad, George and his wife Joyce Bremer, along with a host of extended family and friends.

Lucas was born March 13,1984, in Springfield, MO. He graduated Monett High School in 2002, and made the Monett community his home. He was a member of the New Site Baptist Church of Monett.

Lucas worked at Gasser’s Body Shop for a number of years before going to Jack Henry & Associates, Inc for 8 years and was currently employed with a great group of friends at Crown Power & Equipment in Monett, MO.

His Greatest joy in life was his son, Hayden. Lucas was a strong, kind and supportive Father. He was active in all areas of Hayden’s life including being a Coach for Hayden’s Football and Baseball teams, He also taught Hayden about his personal hobby, race cars. Starting with Hayden’s first Matchbox car as a toddler to taking Lucas’ Prized Nova to the track at MoKan to watch his father compete in the Index racing, having some good, responsible fun. Lucas made sure that Hayden was a smart ‘Gearhead’ and could identify the make/model of cars as well as being able to pop the hood and know what he is looking at. We are pretty sure that Lucas also shared with Hayden the best spots to do ‘donuts’, but wisely told Hayden to keep that on the down-low because really, who else needs to know. (smile)

Visitation will be held Friday, June 3rd, from 6pm to 8pm at Buchanan Funeral Home in Monett, MO. The Funeral Service will be held Saturday, June 4th at 2pm at the New Site Baptist Church in Monett, Pastor Aaron Weibel officiating, with interment immediately following at the McCormick – St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery in Monett.
